One of the models most remembered by car lovers is the Ford Falcon Sprint, the “sport” configuration of the classic oval sedan. This variant was manufactured between 1973 and 1981 and quickly caused a sensation in the followers of the American brand.

With two colors and stripes around the body, remained in the memory as one of the most glorious Falcons throughout its history in Argentina. Anyway, suffered variations during the 70s, such as the replacement of the stripes, and the incorporation of a two-tone combination between the roof and the rest of the car, added to the gray color in the lower part.

Further, featured some unique items such as the external mirrors located on the fenders, seats, exclusive steering wheel and instruments, roof antenna, among others.

The motorization consisted of an impressive 3.6 (221 SP engine from the Futura, but improved) of 166 hp with 31 kgm of torque, associated with a four-speed manual transmission to the floor. Reached a maximum speed of 180 km / h and accelerated from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 10.8 seconds.
