Vía Célere, a developer specialized in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, has delivered 493 homes in the first quarter of the year. Thus, the company has increased the number of deeds by 54% compared to the same period of the previous year.
In this way, the company controlled by the Värde fund adds a total of 2,104 homes delivered in the last 12 months between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021, the highest figure achieved by a residential developer in Spain in the last 12 years, thus consolidating its position, according to a company press release, as a leader in the sector in the country.
Additionally, the company operates in multiple locations, with deliveries in nine different provinces. Madrid has been the community where the most new deeds have been concentrated, reaching 218. The second major focus of Vía Célere’s activity has been the city of Bilbao, with 73 deliveries, followed by Malaga, with 53; Seville, with 40; Girona, with 37; A Coruña, with 25; Valencia and Barcelona, with 22 deliveries in each city, and Valladolid, with 3.

Currently, Vía Célere has 3,408 homes under construction and a portfolio of 4,791 units for sale. In addition, the company has a land bank made up of land for more than 21,000 homes distributed among the main Spanish provinces, with a presence also in Portugal.
The promoter Vía Célere obtained a net profit of 49.7 million euros in 2020, which implies a growth of 121% compared to the previous year, with revenues of 657 million.
