The new CEO of Orange Spain, Jean-Francois Fallacher, has established the first basic lines of his strategy, after taking office on September 1, and has proceeded to renew the top management.
In a meeting with directors and managers, the executive explained some of the new basic lines of the strategy in which “obsession with the customer” will be the fundamental pillar and core business of Orange Spain. The executive also raised the objective of accelerating the simplification processes in products and services, to facilitate the management of the company, which has more than 20 million lines in Spain, between fixed broadband, mobile and television, between other areas.
In this movement, Fallacher has also established a new leadership leadership, oriented under three main areas, customer business, support and technology. In addition, the operator increases the number of women in his direction.
Thus, under the new command, Diego Martínez will be the B2C director of the Orange brand, as well as the coordinator of all B2C areas, including sales, brands and marketing. In turn, Patricia Alonso will be responsible for the Jazztel brand and low cost (includes Simyo, República Móvil and Amena). In B2B, Joaquín Colino, until now responsible for large clients, will become director of Large Account, Soho and SMEs.
In turn, Julio Gómez, one of the veteran executives, assumes the management of the wholesale business, key in Orange’s growth in recent years. The executive will also be in charge of the areas of Strategy, Transformation and Business Development.
Ignacio López Bandrés will be responsible for Customer Services, while Mónica Sala will be in charge of the Network. The company, for the moment, has not appointed person in charge of Technological Systems. Similarly, Luz Usamentiaga will be in charge of Regulation, Institutional Relations, CSR and Communication, while Berta Durán, appointed a few days ago, continues to command Human Resources, where she replaced Ignacio de Orue.
Antonio García will be secretary general and of the board of directors of Orange Spain itself, with activities under his command such as legal and data protection, security and compliance.
