Iberdrola has launched a new share buyback program. The company has announced that it will acquire 15 million shares, 0.234% capital.

The company has stated that a maximum of 195 million will be spent. It will acquire the securities at market price. The plan will run from May 12 to June 10 or until it exceeds the amount or the maximum amount to buy.

Iberdrola has also proposed to the shareholders’ meeting the payment of two dividends to its shareholders, through two capital increases, each for 1,725 ​​million and 1,250 million, respectively.
