The K-pop band BTS broke up last year set a YouTube record with the music video of their single “Dynamite”. The video reached over 100 million views within 24 hours, more than any previous music video premiere. Now, exactly nine months later, BTS has pushed itself from the throne. Your new song “Butter” was viewed 108 million times within one day. “Butter” was released on May 21st and is the second English-language single from the popular K-pop group.

In the meantime, the new music video has already achieved over 220 million views. In addition to “Boy with Luv” and “Dynamite”, “Butter” is now the third song by the South Korean group that has made it into the current top 5 most successful music premieres on YouTube. 11 million streams on Spotify
